SHIPPING POLICY

Free Ground Shipping is offered on all aggregate orders over $100 USD, valid within the continental 48 States. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories. Additional shipping discounts may be available at time of purchase.

California Cameraworks will put best efforts to meet or beat shipping lead time estimates posted or implied. Delays in product shipping may occur and are at the risk of the customer.

All orders are shipped FOB California Cameraworks, LLC. (Once shipment leaves our facility or is collected on site, any risk of damage or loss is assumed by the customer). If shipment is lost or damaged during transit, a request for remedy must be filed with the shipping company.

All orders are shipped requiring a signature confirmation on arrival. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for unaccepted or refused deliveries. All items on one order will be shipped at the same time where possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Customers outside the US are responsible for all applicable import duties, fees, or taxes. International shipping speeds may vary due to customs delays. See website for any systemic changes in shipping schedules or expectations due to uncontrollable circumstances.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal options are accepted. With respect to our overseas customers, bankwires are also welcome. Once full payment is received, your order will be processed.

RETURN POLICY

All material returns to California Cameraworks LLC require a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. RMA numbers will be issued via email through the “Support” link on the California Cameraworks website. All RMA numbers remain valid for 30 days only from the date of issue.

Returns must be received in new condition with all original packaging. Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted for credit or refund. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

LIMITED WARRANTIES

All products will be warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of one year for non-electronic items and for 90 days for items containing PCBs. The limited warranty is void if the product has been subjected to alteration, neglect, misuse or abuse. All repairs must be made by California Cameraworks LLC or its authorized agents, any repair performed outside of this arrangement will void and nullify any remaining warranty period. California Cameraworks LLC reserves the right to make alteration to any product at any point and is not under obligation to similarly alter like products previously purchased.

DISCLAIMERS:

California Cameraworks shall not be responsible, beyond the original cost of products sold, for any loss, liability, or damage (direct, indirect or consequential) caused by either the correct or incorrect use of products. Personal injury or expense arising from any delays, inaccuracies, errors, omissions, manufacturing defects or other inconveniences are the responsibility of you, or any third party (including your company).


Product pricing and availability is subject to change without notice. Customer Satisfaction is a goal, not an expectation.
